When you do get back in the early hours, force yourself to follow these simple steps:
- Remove all your make-up.

- Apply an eye cream formulated for bedtime use.
- Drink a pint of water.
- Pop a vitamin C supplement to help kick-start the body’s recovery process.
- Provided you are not too away with the fairies, apply some fake tan. You will wake up looking one thousand times healthier than you would otherwise.
