Bedtime Routine

When you do get back in the early hours, force yourself to follow these simple steps:

  1. Remove all your make-up.
  2. Apply a night cream or serum.
  3. Apply an eye cream formulated for bedtime use.
  4. Drink a pint of water.
  5. Pop a vitamin C supplement to help kick-start the body’s recovery process.
  6. Provided you are not too away with the fairies, apply some fake tan. You will wake up looking one thousand times healthier than you would otherwise.
